Update from Bachman's

We want to update you regarding Bachman’s commitments at this unprecedented time. The first is to prioritize the health and safety of our employees and customers. The second is to do our absolute best to provide our customers the mental and physical health benefits of flowers, plants and the pursuit of growing and gardening. And the third is to continue offering the same high quality landscape services our community has come to expect from us throughout the past 70 years.

As we navigate the circumstances of COVID-19, we want to assure you we are following all local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Minnesota Department of Health. Here are the precautions we are taking to ensure your safety:

• Customer design consultations will only take place at your property with your consent. Bachman’s will schedule a site visit and announce our arrival via phone. We ask that the consult be held outside in your yard where it is easier to maintain 6 feet of social distancing.

• Bachman’s showroom and conference rooms are closed to design presentations until further notice. All design presentations are done virtually via Zoom, Google, or other digital video means.

• Bachman’s crews are being trained every day on proper hygiene and new social distancing procedures.

• Each Bachman’s vehicle is equipped with needed hygiene products and PPE equipment to protect our employees and our customers’ health. Please don’t be alarmed when our crews call when they arrive at your site, as they have been instructed not to touch any part of your home. Instead, they are communicating with customers via phone or from at least 6 feet away.

As we follow guidance from local, state, and federal authorities, we want to serve our community with safety and responsibility in mind. Garden Maintenance — April 15, 2020

Exterior Landscape — April 20, 2020

Interior Landscape — Currently on hold while stay at home order is enacted. Further updates will be provided as we receive further clarification on their critical worker status.
