Bachman’s will resupply trees, shrubs, evergreens, and perennials that are planted in the ground and fail within one year of date of purchase one time only at no additional charge. Labor to replant these trees, shrubs, and evergreens also is no charge, but only if our crews originally installed them.

 

Labor to replant perennials originally installed by Bachman’s is not included in this warranty. Replacement perennials will be delivered for customer planting.

 

This warranty provides for one replacement. In the event a second replacement is needed, the charge will be 50% of the original price paid for the plant and labor (if applicable). Groundcovers and non-hardy, zone #5 plants are warranted only for the current growing season for which they have been purchased.

 

Bachman's Limited Plant Warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed Bachman’s planting, maintenance, and winter protection instructions. Plant failures due to not following these instructions or damage by ‘acts of God’ (such as animals) will not be covered. Plant failures must be reported within one year of the date of delivery or installation and your account must be current, plus proof of purchase presented.

 

Warranties for hardscape work are separate from our Limited Plant Material Warranty. You will receive a limited warranty certificate for that specific work.
