Averil was introduced to floral design in Northern California while pursuing a degree in Theatre Arts and Dance. She began her career at a small bucket shop in Sonoma County, where she developed a passion for creative design and cultivating plant life. In addition to design, Averil gained experience in client relations while working for small businesses and artists. Upon reuniting with her hometown of Minneapolis, Averil managed an award-winning wedding floral design business in the Twin Cities, bringing clients’ large-scale events to life through elaborate installations. As the Interior Landscape Designer and Senior Sales Representative for Bachman’s, Averil is excited to collaborate with local businesses to design living installations that complement both their space and their brand. Outside of work, Averil enjoys songwriting and other art forms, cooking, traveling, spending time with her family, and taking walks in nature with her husband and lab mix.
